Painting Service

I have found that I had to many Syrians and PLO figures to paint, so after researching all of the painting services out there I decided to try Blue Moose Arts and Evil Bobs Miniature Painting. (I think I picked the two extremes based on their corporate naming conventions.)

Both would not be able to get to my figures for awhile but I was impressed by their professionalism in explaining their services. So much so that I was willing to put their links on my blog.

I will post their results once they are received.

  1. I would be interested in hearing about how many figures you are having painted, and how much both companies charge. Thanks!

  2. It is about 30 figures each. Once I get them back I will do a post on the differences in cost, service and appearance.

I did provide both artists with the same links and electronic color image plates.

I have been very impressed with the communications that I have received from both companies.

For the record I wanted to work with a US based company in case I needed to contact them directly. It did not hurt that “Evil Bob” was at Cold Wars and I had a chance to talk to him.
